The restaurant of Margarita’s Rooms & Studios is family run. Chef Mama Margarita and her daughter Stella manage the kitchen, and together, along with their talented personnel, they cook a variety of traditional Greek dishes combined with modern recipes, accompanied with local wine or souma. This is a place where you can taste authentic Paros recipes, ranging from tasty appetisers to delicious deserts. Member of the “Aegean Cuisine” network, they enjoy introducing local dishes and the gastronomic culture of the Aegean Sea to the guests of the hotel.
